The Advancing Digital Inclusion research area works closely with communities and industry to further our understanding of the challenges to, and opportunities for reducing digital inequity.
We work in and with communities taking place-based approaches to explore how digitally excluded groups, access and use technologies, or not, in their everyday lives. Our research demonstrates how digital inclusion policy and programs do, or need to, play out on the ground for the people who need them.
We also collaborate with industry to create useful resources and deliver evidence-based workshops for empowering communities to build digital capacity and ensure no one is left behind.
