National Industry Innovation Network partnership
QUT Faculty of Business & Law Executive Dean, Professor Amanda Gudmundsson &
Cisco Queensland Regional Manager, Mr Terry Weber invite you to join the business leaders’ white paper launch of the
‘The Benevolent Enterprise’
In today’s data-intensive environments trust matters more than ever. Yet trust literacy of organisations is in its infancy. Our research at QUT has identified four actionable ways to build trust that businesses can apply to unlock a new source of competitive advantage. One of them is benevolence. In this white paper we explore benevolent practices across sectors and identify a series of practices that make ‘doing good’ a scalable practice.
Hear from the research authors and industry experts as they unpack and go beyond ‘The Benevolent Enterprise’ white paper, and discuss how leaders can operationalise and scale doing good.

Dr Nadine Ostern, Cisco Chair in Trusted Retail, QUT
Prof Michael Rosemann, Director, Centre for Future Enterprise, QUT
