Core purpose and Vision
Enfranchised enterprises is about how to create enterprises that are conscious of, willing and able to address the socio-economic enfranchisement issue that exist all across modern society.
In particular, SP2 designs empowering enterprises that give ‘agency’ and ‘voices’ to stakeholders who experience ( obvious and hidden) vulnerabilities.
We do this through disrupting current engagement/ operating models that shifts how business is done.
Working definition of Enfranchisement
Enfranchising Enterprise engage Visible/Invisible stakeholders at different levels to create financial, social and Environment Values.
Moving up and down on the ladder of engagement, Enfranchising Enterprises learnĀ from each engagement process with different stakeholder groups to develop Enfranchising Leadership.
