Refund & Transfer Policy
All requests for registration refunds or transfers must be submitted in writing to bob.admin@qut.edu.au.
- Up to 26 January: Full refund
- From 27 January to 2 February (inclusive): 50% refund
- From 3 February onwards: No refunds will be provided
Registration transfers to another attendee are permitted at no additional cost, provided the request is received in writing by 3 February.
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original method of payment and may take several business days to appear.
