Attend the Prototype Showcase!

You are invited to attend the QUT Youth Research Forum Celebration and Prototype Showcase on 29 June, 2023!

QUT was delighted to partner with the Department of Environment and Science to host the QUT Youth Research Forum. Focusing on innovations for human-friendly and carbon-neutral foods, three five teams were awarded project funds valued up to $20,000 to build a working prototype, mentored by industry and design-thinking experts in QUT’s Innovation Central Brisbane.

Sparking an internal collaboration opportunity, the QUT YRF was led in partnership by QUT’s Centre for Future Enterprise, Innovation Central Brisbane, QUT Entrepreneurship and School of Biology and Environmental Science. QUT designed the Youth Research Forum as a three-phase ideation program that aimed to enable student connections with industry; formation of teams and ideas; and provide the space, mentorship, and capacity to build working prototypes.

Join us to celebrate the great achievements of our Youth Research Forum students while they showcase their working prototypes!
