Having worked as a data scientist, researcher, Bayesian network modeller, sessional academic and software engineer, she enjoys applying her wide range of experiences to research within the Ethereum blockchain ecosystem.
In this talk Sandra will present:
Probably Stateless: Modelling the Feasibility of Stateless Ethereum
The concept of `Stateless Ethereum’ was conceived by Vitalik Buterin in 2017. In this talk I present the Bayesian Network model we developed to focus on the changes that Stateless Ethereum would introduce into the existing stable Ethereum ecosystem. The objective is to assess the overall health of the ecosystem following the introduction of Stateless Ethereum. We use a mixture of empirical data and expert knowledge to quantify the model.
