Sabine Carter has a background in visual communication with over 30 years experience in the arts and creative industries. She is a passionate and enthusiastic graphic designer with a focus on design teaching and research. Sabine’s research passions include sustainability and art activism. She has worked as a tutor and a lecturer at universities and design academies in Queensland. As an educator and creative facilitator she combines her practice in the creative arts with a transdisciplinary approach to social innovation and entrepreneurship. Currently she is a MPhil candidate at QUT School of Design investigating how to address eco emotions through collaborative activist art making.
