We research the physical and psychosocial dimensions of health, wellbeing, and safety at work exploring issues such as emerging workplace hazards, work intensification, aging, alcohol use, mental health, and burnout. We examine policies, technologies and practices that may impact on the health and wellbeing of workers and develop evidence-based strategies to improve wellbeing, equity, and safety in work and everyday life. Our expertise centres on factors that build resilience, social support, and a sense of belonging in work and community settings.
