We investigate how organisations can meaningfully engage with communities, employees, and other stakeholders to build trust, inclusion, and shared value with a strong emphasis on empowering socially and culturally diverse groups who experience marginalisation. Our work supports ethical, inclusive, and effective engagement and co-design practices that enhance collaboration, supporting positive outcomes that create lasting social impact.
