Accessible AfL in English and Mathematics integrates student voice for English and mathematics teachers building adaptive expertise in AfL. Together, students and educators will explore how AfL is enacted for the Australian Curriculum in these foundational subjects, highlighting the challenges alongside conditions for accessibility. Working in partnership with the English Teachers Association of Queensland (ETAQ) and the Queensland Association of Mathematics Teachers (QAMT), the project will generate annotated videos with professional learning resources that can be used with preservice teachers and in continuing professional development. Accessible AfL in English and Mathematics is an extension project of the C4IE ARC Linkage: Improving outcomes for students with language and/or attentional difficulties through accessible summative assessment task design and inclusive practice.
