Harry Shier started his career in the 1970s, working on Adventure playgrounds in the UK. In 1993 in Melbourne, Australia, Harry discovered children’s rights at the “World Play Summit”. This experience changed the course of his life and ever since Shier has been committed to children’s rights as an underpinning framework and overarching approach to issues and concerns of matter.
