Thirunavukarasu Balasubramaniam (Thiru) is an early career researcher and a sessional academic in the field of data science. His research is primarily focused on the development of efficient optimization techniques for machine learning algorithms, and their applications in recommender systems, pattern mining, clustering, and topic modelling. He is also passionate about data fusion techniques to incorporate both numeric and text data into machine learning algorithms. He has been working on various industry projects for the last 9 years, providing him with extensive knowledge of the industrial applications of machine learning algorithms.
