On Tuesday evening, the QUT Physics Society hosted its “Experiment Night,” an engaging event that drew around 25 enthusiastic students. Supported by academics from across physics, the evening showcased a range of hands-on demonstrations.
Students had the chance to witness quantum levitation and laser experiments up close, before touring the QUT Astrophysics Research Group’s dome. The event provided a fantastic opportunity for students to connect with staff, experience physics in action, and get a taste of the cutting-edge research environments at QUT.
The Astrophysics Research Group was delighted to be part of the night and looks forward to welcoming students back for future events.
