On May 10, Dr Michael Cowley, from the QUT Astrophysics Research Group, participated in the Indigenous Student Experience Day. The event, held at QUT’s Gardens Point Campus, offered an informative platform for Year 11 and 12 Indigenous students, their parents, guardians, and school staff, to discover educational opportunities and support services.
At this Expo-style gathering, Michael shared insights into the science pathways and career opportunities available at QUT. This contribution reflects Michael’s ongoing commitment to supporting Indigenous students’ educational journeys and promoting inclusivity within the academic community.
