
Dr Katherine Moore is an early career researcher and lecturer in the School of Management. She holds qualifications in psychology and human resource management, and has previously worked in the employment services industry, primarily assisting people with moderate to high vocational and non-vocational challenges to securing sustainable employment, including people with disabilities. Her research focuses broadly on the employability of diverse groups, with a specific focus on people with disability, youth, and the aging population, and the mechanisms that support sustainable employment at the individual, organisational, and government (policy and intermediary organisations) levels. She is also interested in the concepts of diversity and inclusion, and meaningful work from the individual, organisational, and societal perspectives.
