Rita ChangAssociate Professor Rita Chang
School of Nursing and Midwifery, Western Sydney University

Dr. Rita Chang is an Associate Professor at Western Sydney University with over two decades of expertise in aged care and dementia research. Her work focuses on culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) older populations, dementia care, nutrition and mealtime support in residential aged care facilities and caregiver education. Dr. Chang has received multiple awards for her research and supervision, including the University VC’s OCTAL and Vice-Chancellor’s Emerging Researcher Awards. Her internationally recognised research informs aged care policy and practice in Australia and beyond.
