Jordyn recently graduated with a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from QUT. She is currently undertaking an Honours project under supervision of Professor Tony Kenna to investigate the anti-inflammatory effects of camel milk on the human intestinal epithelium. Jordyn is working to develop 3D microfluidic devices that model an inflamed human intestinal gut epithelial barrier to determine the immunomodulatory effects of camel milk on the innate immune system.
