The GRC offers the following genomic services:
Extractions: DNA, RNA, miRNA
Genotyping: MassARRAY, HRM, RFLP, pyrosequencing, gene expression
Sequencing: Sanger sequencing, Ion Torrent Next Generation sequencing, whole exome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, as well as RNA sequencing and smallRNA sequencing.
Bioinformatic pipelines and data analysis: basic alignment and generation of BAM and BAI files.
