Gold Coast Hosts RANZCO Qld Meeting

2018 was the Gold Coast’s year to host the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists (RANZCO), Queensland Branch, Annual Scientific Meeting. The meeting was held over four days, from 2-5 August 2018.  On Saturday, 4 August, Professor Michael Collins delivered a lecture which focussed on some of the emerging controversies surrounding myopia treatment. He provided an overview of the efficacy of treatments including atropine, orthokeratology, soft multifocal contact lenses and outdoor light exposure.
