Dr Stephen Vincent delivered two lectures to members of the Hong Kong Academy of Orthokeratology and the Hong Kong Cornea and Contact Lens Society, in Hong Kong in June this year. Dr Vincent’s lectures focussed on the latest research on scleral contact lenses undertaken by QUT CLVOL, as well as the use of contact lens telescope systems in low vision rehabilitation.
During this same visit, Dr Vincent took the opportunity to deliver a lecture on corneal oxygenation during scleral contact lens wear to the Hong Kong Polytechnic University School of Optometry staff and students.
Dr Vincent is an exceptional lecturer and his visit was greatly appreciated.
