Find Caitlyn Dare on
Caitlyn Dare is undertaking a MPhil in the Allergy Research Group (ARG) at the QUT Centre for Immunology and Infection Control (CIIC).
Caitlyn began her MPhil in August 2024, under the supervision of Professor Janet Davies. The focus of her research is the cysteine proteases in grass pollens and understanding the effects of whole grass pollen on inflammatory responses of respiratory.
Prior to joining the ARG, she received her Bachelor degree of Biomedical Science (majoring in Infection and Immunity) with QUT in 2023 with an Executive Dean’s Commendation for Academic Excellence in Semester 2, 2023. While completing her studies, Caitlyn participated in two semesters of peer leadership, and several Work Integrated Learning placements with CIIC.
