Katherine is a dedicated teacher in QUT’s Law School with a passion for teaching immigration and refugee law, contemporary law and justice, human rights law and international law. Katherine is currently undertaking a PhD on governance of the food relief sector in Australia, with a focus on the human right to adequate food. She has a keen interest in how governance can be improved to better fulfill human rights, exploring the ways in which government and civil society interact in this process.
