Last week, PhD student Naomi Paxton had the honour of attending the International Society for Biofabrication (ISBF) conference held in Würzburg, Germany. The annual conference is a meeting of biofabrication researchers from all around the world to hear from world-leading experts, network, present research and socialise!
Naomi was awarded the ISBF Young Investigator Award (Third Prize), recognising her outstanding performance in the field of biofabrication alongside Early Career Researchers, Dr Tiziano Serra and Dr Khoon Lim. Naomi also gave a poster presentation on “The Versatility of Melt Electro-Writing for Biofabrication”.
