
Robotronica 2017 saw over 22,000 visitors to QUT interacting with some of the latest advancements in robotics. The BTM group’s Hospital of the Future exhibition showcased the latest technologies in advanced 3D printing of replacement body parts, bionics, and surgical robotics. Guests saw our research-class biofabrication scanning techniques in action, 3D printers, skeletons, models and microscopes to catch a glimpse into the future of medicine, where robots play a very important role – from surgical robots and robotic human simulators, to 3D printed body parts.
