Thanirosan Krishnakumar is a Civil Engineering Graduate with a Bachelor of the Science of Engineering Honours Degree from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. He completed his Master of Science in Engineering Degree with First Class Honours from the Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Before commencing his PhD career at QUT, he worked as a Lecturer for one year. Thanirosan joined the Wind and Fire Engineering Lab as a Doctoral Student as his research focuses on Bushfire risk assessment of buildings using advanced technologies.
