This research quantifies Bluetooth penetration rate at selected locations (arterial and freeway) on MRWA network, compares the travel speed estimates from Addinsight and Intelematics, and comparatively evaluates the turning movement proportions at the signalised intersection independently estimated using Addinsight and SCATS, respectively.
