Prof. Dubal joined the School of Chemistry and Physics of Queensland University of technology (QUT) in April 2019 as ARC Future fellow. His research expertise is in advanced materials for new energy-oriented technologies (Supercapacitors, batteries, flow cells). He has co-authored more than 200 papers in refereed journals, including Chemical Society Review, Energy & Environmental Science, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, Energy Storage Materials and Nano Energy (over 21,700 citations, h-index: 79, google scholar). He has filed eight patents on novel technologies and attracted more than 4 million dollars in research grants from industrial partners and Australian Research Council (ARC).
In recognition of his achievements in research, he was honoured with prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Fellow, Germany (2012); Marie Curie Fellow, Spain (2014); Vice Chancellor Fellow, Australia (2017) and Australian Future Fellow (2019).
Prof. Dubal, is visiting Professor at Mid Sweden University, Sweden. He is elected as Foreign Young Associate Fellow of Maharashtra Academy of Sciences (FMASc), a Member of Royal Australian Chemical Institute (MRACI), Australia, a member of Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC).
