Our group in School of Chemistry and Physics at QUT is passionate to design and engineer new materials and devices for clean energy conversion and storage applications with strong emphasis on supercapacitors, batteries and hybrid systems. Our activities focus on synthesizing functional materials and their hybrids for energy-related applications. In addition, at QUT, we are exploring self-charging power sources for wearable/medical devices, Waste-to-Energy and battery recycling fields. Our research is at the forefront of finding viable solutions for the complex and global energy problems using our strong expertise and advanced characterization techniques.
