Are there any benefits from participating in the trial?
The newly developed STIR app is a comprehensive method for effective review and revision of risk controls and may assist OHS practitioners in conducting incident reviews as a part of their regular role. The results of this study will contribute to a better understanding of the factors influencing the success of risk control measures for preventing workplace injuries. Within each healthcare and social assistance service, the knowledge will be particularly useful in assisting Boards/senior management to make informed decisions regarding where resources are most efficiently utilised.
