The Engagement Diagnostic is a unique tailored research diagnostic for small-medium organisations that provides a research response to engagement problems unique to small businesses.
- The Engagement Diagnostic has been developed by Dr Kim Johnston from the Engagement Research Group at QUT, Brisbane.
- The success of any organisation depends on engaging well with groups and individuals within and beyond the company. Sometimes though, organisations experience issues with this engagement. The results can be marketing or communication problems including declining sales, increasing customer complaints, and unhappy staff.
- The Engagement Diagnostic is a tailored suite of research tools designed to help small businesses diagnose and understand the cause of engagement communication problems. The Engagement Diagnostic provides recommendations on how to respond to these problems.
The Engagement Diagnostic Framework
Small businesses will receive a full diagnostic report and actionable recommendations.
- The Engagement Diagnostic provides an evidenced-based review of communication, services, and opinion about the organisation. The Engagement Diagnostic uses a number of techniques, depending on the business type and goals of the Diagnostic. A typical Engagement Diagnostic may include the following items:
