Virginie is experienced in molecular biology, multi-omics analysis and bioinformatics and graduated with a PhD in Bioinformatics/Genetics at the University of Queensland. She also has more than ten years of experience in commercial IT as a software engineer, project manager, and business analyst. She have a strong interest in metabolic network modelling. Her role in the project as a data scientist will be to generate a pipeline to combine the different datasets (omics and physiological) to identify statistical and relevant stress biomarkers that will be used to predict physiological, psychological, and cognitive performances.
