Luke was awarded his PhD from the University of Tasmania in October 2021 in the field of biological psychology, and he joined QUT’s School of Psychology and Counselling as a Research Fellow in 2021. His research is multidisciplinary with a focus on anxiety and traumatic disorder treatments. He has 6 years of experience working in fear learning paradigms, and has expertise in cannabinoid pharmacology, particularly relating to fear. He has also published multiple analytical chemistry papers in cannabinoid and hormone quantification and has a strong interest in statistics and computational modelling of psychological data.
