Professor Kerrie Sadiq & Professor Rick Krever wrote a Chapter, titled ” International Tax Law and the Rule of Law – An Aspirational Goal or Ironic Compound Oxymoron?” in the recently published book – “Tax, Public Finance, and the Rule of Law” at Hart Publishing/ Bloomsbury Professional Law. The book was edited by Professor Dominic de Cogan, Dr Alexis Brassey, & Dr May Hen.

The book is focused on discussions about the nature of the rule of law, relevance to questions about tax, welfare, distribution and public spending, and the challenges involved.
