CEQ Project Management Framework 2.0

During the pandemic, iterative design allowed projects to create, test and deploy solutions quickly.

Who was involved?

The HEAL Co-directors have worked together with Clinical Excellence Queensland team members to include iterative design in the re-visioning of the CEQ Project Management Framework.

What was the process?

Paul Blee ran two co-design workshops to explore vision, priorities and a different, more engaging way to communicate project management approaches – that also engaged with a systemic approach and complexity theory.

What were the outcomes?

Two main changes have been made at this stage, adding a complexity assessment and anĀ iterative design process (Plan, Do, Check, Act) within the concept development phase.
