Dr. Peter Jones is Associate Professor, Faculty of Design, OCAD University, Toronto, Canada and Managing Partner of the strategic design firm Redesign Network. His Rosenfeld book Design for Care: Innovating Healthcare Experience was the first book to present a comprehensive service design approach to healthcare, and to address the spectrum of design in health and healthcare. A founder of the Systemic Design Association, Peter has developed toolkits for and leads systemic design approaches to research and design science in healthcare, media, governance, social and policy design.
