Research Interests:
My research involves numerical simulation, modelling and experiment studies relating to anomalous relaxation and diffusion in magnetic resonance imaging. I am currently working on the application of my mathematical models for fractional time and fractional space diffusion processes to real systems.
1) Modelling and simulation of anomalous diffusion in magnetic resonance imaging.
2) Mapping of anomalous diffusion parameters and understanding their meaning in the context of brain imaging.
3) Mapping of diffusion in mouse brains from data acquired at 9.4T and 16.4T.
4) Mapping of diffusion in human brains from data acquired at 3T and 7T.
