The Project Bundling and Procurement Decision Tool significantly advances Value-for-Money in the delivery of major infrastructure.

Overview
The Procurement Decision Tool and user guide was developed out of state-of-the-art micro-economic theories, and empirically tested in Associate Professor Bridge’s first Australian Research Council grant – ARC Major Infrastructure Procurement Research Project. Please see link here for full report, including pages 11 to 23 for details on theory and model that underpin the user guide which was trialled, prepared and presented in conjunction with AustRoads. The user guide will assess the potential for bundling (PPP/s) and to help explain differential value ratings in Activity 1.
In a presentation to project partners in July 2020, Chief Investigator Associate Professor Adrian Bridge presented an overview of the project. Ongoing work on the Project Bundling and Procurement Decision Tool and User Guide is underway. Please contact Associate Professor Adrian Bridge for further updates.
