Penny is a post-doctoral research fellow exploring the future of work. Penny has over 15 years experience in corporate HR and strategic consultancy roles, working across public and private sectors, nationally and internationally. Her background underpins her research into the changing nature of work and the implications the new modes of employment present for organisations, individuals and societies. Her current research areas include work in the digital economy, flexible work arrangements and the development of employability skills in graduates. Penny lectures in the QUT Business School, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and the recipient of a QUT Vice-Chancellor’s Performance Award.
