Research interest:
My research focuses on sustainable wastewater treatment technologies, with an emphasis on nutrient removal using hybrid constructed wetlands and biofilters. I am particularly interested in optimizing processes for nitrogen and phosphorus removal, as well as exploring treatment strategies for emerging contaminants. My work combines advanced modeling techniques with practical engineering solutions to enhance system performance. Additionally, I study microbial communities and nutrient transformations in aerobic-anoxic environments to improve the efficiency and sustainability of treatment processes.
