Janessa Kimlin is a research assistant in QUT’s School of Optometry and Vision Science and has worked with QUT’s Vision and Driving research group since 2003. Janessa completed her PhD “Night driving and assessment of mesopic vision for older adults” in 2016, under the direction of Professor Joanne Wood and Dr Alex Black. The primary focus of her research is investigating the relevance of vision testing under lower luminance and glare conditions.
