Claudia Bell graduated with a Master of Medical Research from Griffith University and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science (Anatomical Sciences) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Her Master’s thesis was titled: ‘Impact of Peripheral Intravenous Catheter Gauge on Vessel Size, Blood Flow Velocity, and Thrombus Volume Using Three-Dimensional Ultrasound Imaging’. Claudia is a current PhD candidate in the School of Clinical Sciences at QUT, automating the tomographic ultrasound image analysis of the rotator cuff. Her research interests include developing and applying novel ultrasound imaging techniques and technologies to improve current practices.
