Congratulations Khalid Moafa on the publication of his article “Video-Based CSwin Transformer Using Selective Filtering Technique for Interstitial Syndrome Detection” in Applied Sciences.
In this work, we developed a video-based deep learning pipeline that uses the CSwin Transformer architecture and a selective filtering strategy to aid in the diagnosis of interstitial syndrome. Unlike conventional image-based methods, our approach analyzes full ultrasound videos, capturing temporal patterns and demonstrating high performance on lung ultrasound data.
