The STEM Teacher Education works to remove traditional barriers between these four disciplinary areas. It will engage in research investigating the linkages between teaching, learning and professional learning. It applies a transdisciplinary pedagogy in which teachers, educators, trainers and school, TAFE and university students tackle real-world problems and apply knowledge and skills from more than one discipline to shape their own learning experience.
