Smart Cities of the Sunshine State: Status of Queensland’s Local Government Areas

This project placed local government areas (LGAs) from Queensland under the smart city microscope. In total 78 LGAs were included in the analysis and evaluated against the Smart City Assessment Model (SCAM) criteria that measure smart city outcomes. The findings of the 2018 study present a snapshot of the smart city performances of Queensland LGAs under three categories–i.e., Leading, Following, Developing.
