Joann has been a registered nurse since 1996 and possesses a passion for assisting and delivering services to meet the individualised needs of the older person and to adhering to their specific requirements. As Regional Director at SCC, Joann has been instrumental in leading the implementation of a number of company wide projects and initiatives that support better resident care and enable the staff to work more efficiently and effectively.
