Jacqueline is SCC NSW & ACT Engagement and Purposeful Living Manager, and hasworked in the education, health and aged care sectors for 30 years specialising in the areas of quality auditing and service analysis, the development of best practice approaches in community and residential aged care and in staff education, professional development and career mentoring. The main aspect of her work at SCC includes the development and implementation of a best practice framework for resident engagement in meaningful and purposeful activities, environmental improvements both internally and externally across SCC’s portfolio of residential aged care homes to increase resident engagement, independence and purpose, supporting homes to achieve and maintain full accreditation status through the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission and to drive innovation.
