Performance Standards and Incentive Arrangements Project


QUT worked with the IP Australia team to examine the nature of motivation amongst employees through a series of guided behavioural economics and co-design workshops. These workshops were designed to enhance skills amongst the IP Australia team in terms of team work, reflection, and innovation. In addition, the workshops shed light on the issues of motivation and incentives from a multi-stakeholder perspective. From these insights, an experimental trial design will be proposed for consideration and implementation by IP Australia, with support from the QUT team.
