Jacquie has worked in marketing and communications for over 20 years and has developed and delivered multiple high-end, award-winning, social marketing and communications campaigns to influence positive behaviour change including cancer screening, smoking cessation, immunisation and mature-age employment.

In 2018, Jacquie completed her Master of Business (Research) with QUT’s School of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations investigating men’s help-seeking behaviours in preventative health contexts and the role of masculine identities, self-conscious emotions and value destruction.

Jacquie is now completing her PhD candidature at QUT, further investigating the role of masculine identity and the destruction of value in preventative health services for vulnerable consumers.

Jacquie hopes to continue researching consumer behaviours in transformative services to help inform future behaviour change programs.
