Peter Frederiksen is a Queensland Health leader in public health strategy and reform with extensive experience in successfully leading change at grass roots service level through to system-wide transformation programs. Peter’s breadth of experience across public healthcare, social care and education, and across funding, commissioning, policy and innovation provides the project with critical organisational support and guidance necessary to bring data and expert analysis to the research project, and to translate results into real practice changes to support gender diversity and equity within the healthcare research sector.
