Dr Rebecca Soole is a Senior Research Assistant on the project located at Metro North Health and will focus on organisational data analysis and the organisation-wide survey. Rebecca plays a crucial role in developing organisational learning competencies within the partner organisations and will assist with the quantification of research activity across the organisation.
Rebecca is a mixed-methods researcher with a background in psychological science and suicidology.
